Break the Fast

A little treat for your weekend breakfast..

Ingredients:

1 Crumpet

2 Rashers of Bacon

2 Cherry Tomatoes

2 Organic Free Range Eggs

Splash of Milk

Slither of Butter

Seasoning of Black Pepper and Sea Salt

3-4 Basil Leaves

Method:

Fry the bacon on a griddle pan until it becomes crispy and streaky. Once cooked add sliced tomatoes so that they turn soft and juicy. You could also add a couple of mushrooms at this point.

Place your crumpet in the toaster, to crisp up too in the meantime.

In a small bowl crack and stir in both eggs, a splash of milk and lots of seasoning. Once nicely stirred up with a fork, add to a separate hot pan with a little butter. Once scrambled, remove from the heat.

All that's left is to put all the ingredients together while hot onto a place and sprinkle with basil.
