Smoked Salmon with Samphire and Burrata

A delicious salty sweet starter, ready in minutes.
Ingredients:
2 Slices of Smoked Salmon
1 Large Burrata
Large Handful of Samphire
Small Handful of roughly chopped Fresh parsely
Small handful of roughly chopped Fresh Chives
Generous Splash of Olive
Juice of Half a Lemon
Seasoning of Cracked Black Pepper
Method:
Toss the samphire in a bowl with pepper and olive oil so that the strands are evenly coated, then place on a serving board.
Slice the smoked salmon into neat bite size strips and drizzle over the juice of half a lemon and a dash of oil and place next to the the samphire.
Then, carefully add the burrata.
Smother the board with pepper, chopped fresh chive and parsely and a final splash of oil.
Serve straight sway.
