Can't use the whole avocado but want a quick and easy snack later?

Ingredients:
1/2 an Avocado
3 Chunks of Organic Smoked Salmon
Fresh Dill
Cracked Black Pepper
Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
Method:
Remove the stone from the core of the avocado using a sharp knike. Place the salmon into the ready made whole and season with dill, pepper and mayonnaise.
A tasty, healthy snack in no time.
